Pontoon

Pontoon, connected by a metallic, glow zinced, modularly assembled construction.

General description

Ponton, that has 2 to 4 plastic floaters, connected by a metallic, glow zinced, modularly assembled construction, that also stands there for the making the floor part along with wooden surface.

The advantages of this choice are higher consistence and firmness when accidentally hitting another object, larger area (size), more stability, higher loading limit and using assembling properties of the parts-making larger anchorage, all You want.

A disadvantage of this version is a production of metalmade constructions, including the surface protection and an assembly that just has to follow to make it complete together with floor and being placed in requested area, which is time-eating. This one is being mostly used in following cases:

  • where the larger area and size of the pontoon is necessary
  • where there are bigger boats expected for landing
  • when the pontoons are to be assembled to larger complex
  • when a higher tonnage is predicted for examle to bare a little house
  • when there are intensions to move the pontoons – so You can just hook up a motor and drag it all on water
